The best Hunter Hunter pets in Season of Discovery are Wind Serpents and Cats. After Blizzard fixed Scorpids in a patch on December 12th, Scorpids are no longer recommended for optimal DPS.

Hunter Stat Priority

As a Hunter Hunter you want to prioritize gear with the following stats:

  • Hit Chance (up to 6% against enemies 2 levels above you like raid bosses in BFD)
  • Crit Chance
  • Agility
  • Attack Power ~ Ranged Attack Power

    • After having a 6% hit chance when fighting against bosses in Blackfathom Deeps, Hit Chance loses its value and other stats become better.
